Visualization

The film features a split screen that shows two separate characters: one lives their live with positive visualization and the other is negative visualization. The viewer can see how these two approaches changes the way they approach life. The negative visualization side ends up being happier.

I like the innovative approach. :p

There are a few things I would change. Personally, I don’t think a split screen is a good idea, because that would be difficult for an audience to absorb. Just try to imagine what that would be like as a viewer. It would have to be done the traditional way of transitioning from one character to another. Also, there probably needs to be a relationship between the two characters at some point in the story. One becomes homeless at the ‘inciting incident’; the other wins the lottery. At the ‘resolution’ they run into one another randomly. That’s just a random idea to give you an example.

Also, keep in mind that a ‘pitch’ has nothing to do with directing aspects of the movie.

So what’s the story? This looks like a director’s notes.
