While I appreciate the concept of the dangers of global warming, I couldn’t get past the confusing storyline, poor structure, unrealistic characters, and tedious dialog. And why is so much of the dialog in capital letters? Is everyone really yelling all the time?
I found myself wondering if this was really a serious attempt at a serious screenplay … it reminded me more of a 1950’s Grade-B sci-fi flick. If this screenplay was meant to be a take-off on that genre, then I might change my rating.
I would also edit more carefully. In addition to many typographical and grammatical errors, I found several instances where Madam President (not Miss President) is referred to as “he.”

I don’t mean to be mean but I have to be honest. The script is a real mess, in formatting, in structure, etc.

My suggestion to the writer is to invest in a screenwriting software. Learn the basics on formatting. This script was really difficult to get through.

Your characters were completely unrealistic and the dialogue was a mess. Take time to read it out loud and see if you could hear someone talking that way.

There are so many other issues, too.

Sorry for being so blunt. A major rewrite, several are needed on this one.
