This isn’t clear enough as a logline to prompt me to ask for a read. There are strong parts to it — but the overall is confused and could use a bit of clarity.
Not enough info to really get the feel of the project. Sounds interesting. Elaborate on your logline a little more so it’s clearer.
Interesting idea, but you might want to add more detail about the characters because it sounds like Universal Soldiers right now.
I love the title “Action Figures” but to me, the logline just doesn’t support it that well. The films referenced are Fantastic 4 meets Transformers, which is good, but you could never tell by the logline.

Need more info. What are they being asked to do?
What kind of experiment? Why are they abducted? Are they (The government, and/or the abductees) saving something (good guys) or are they the bad guys? Confusing.

Not enough information. Abducted by whom? Asked to serve their country by whom?… the Government? What was the experiment? This all needs to be cleared up for your logline to be solid. However, I do like Fantastic 4 meets Transformers — that sounds interesting.
