If You Can’t See The Movie Poster, Don’t Write the Script

So you have a great idea for a screenplay. You have the whole idea in your head. You have a protagonist and an antagonist. You have a title! You’ll get around to writing the logline tomorrow. Okay – can you visualize the movie poster? Can you conjure images that you can put on paper? If you can, do it. Draw the poster, create the poster. If you can’t – don’t bother writing the script.

The attached poster is for my screenplay SARACEN. I’ll post the logline if any one responds to this blog.

I’d appreciate any thoughts on creating movie posters for screenplays. You can e-mail me at ffusco4127@aol.com
