Screenplay Revision Printable Application	Contestants accepted into the Screenplay Festival use this form to Submit a Revised Screenplay (you only have one free revision submission all else is a $5.00 processing fee).
Additional Categories Printable Application	Use this form to Submit a Screenplay to Multiple Categories. For a List of Categories in our Festival CLICK HERE.
Logline Revision Printable Application	Use this form to Submit a Revised Logline to our Logline Festival (you only have one free revision submission all else is a $5.00 processing fee).

Each of the following Submissions REQUIRE an APPLICATION to be mailed to "The Philadelphia Screenplay Festival" along with a CHECK for the required FEE: click here for the required application. Please enter the correct SUBJECT in the email.

PASTE your LOGLINE into the BODY of the email
